永續治理與氣候變遷專業風險顧問,整合數據、工具與服務  SFiT solutions

國際頂級大學之氣候風險專家參與合作,利用先進數位工具,提供專業顧問服務與解決方案。主要研究議題包括:

  1. 國內碳費、溫室氣體增量抵換、自願減量抵換、抵換碳權購買諮詢、歐盟碳邊境調整機制CBAM等轉型風險相關議題分析;

  2. 極端天氣導致淹水、缺水、高溫熱浪、與土石災害等危害可能帶來之實體風險,與可採取的韌性調適措施,可協助可質性與量化分析氣候變遷實體風險與轉型風險,並進一步應用於供應鏈風險評估;

  3. 協助氣候相關財務揭露TCFD、TNFD、IFRS S1 S2氣候相關資訊揭露的導入。

 

1.ESC永續治理整體戰略規劃:

氣候變遷實體與轉型風險分析與韌性調適,協助公司跨入ESG正確的第一步。

檢討公司現行推動ESG相關行動計畫,分析主要痛點與解決方案的缺口,

根據公司屬性規劃ESG,永續治理推動架構與戰略,TCFD、TNFD、IFRS、S1與S2導入、永續發展目標SDGs影響力界定等ESG相關關鍵議題導入規劃。

 

2.ESG永續環境治理解決方案:

透過客製化專業工具軟件與提供完整數據資料庫,協助建置碳盤查、碳足跡等應用系統或發展產品類別規則(Prduct Category Rule,PCR),迅速有效建立排放基準線,與取得相關環境標章,同時融入公司治理,協助公司能力建構,培養自身專業團隊,做出優化決策,支援永續供應鏈管理。

3.供應鏈管理典範轉移:

建構生態系服務系統合作,與CDP/SBTi管理成效領導級別獎章的國際供應鏈集團合作,提出可行有效的“供應鏈議和”之程序與做法,專家組成員都具備頂尖學術、產業、盤查經驗,可以做典範轉移;融合並根據個別產業的經驗,萃取出客製化的管理架構與方法。

Leading international universities’ climate risk experts have collaborated to leverage advanced digital tools, providing professional consultancy services and solutions, focus on:

(1) Analysis on transformational risks related to domestic carbon fees, greenhouse gas increment offsets, voluntary reduction offsets, carbon rights purchase consultations, and the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM);

(2) Evaluations of physical risks stemming from extreme weather events such as flooding, droughts, heatwaves, and landslides. The team also offers resilience adaptation measures, assisting in qualitative and quantitative analyses of climate change-related physical and transformational risks. These insights further extend to supply chain risks assessment;

 

(3) Support for climate-related financial disclosures including TCFD, TNFD, and IFRS S1 S2 climate-related information disclosure.

1.ESC Sustainable Governance Strategic Planning:

(1) Analyzing the physical and transformational risks associated with climate change and resilience adaptation helps companies take the correct first step into ESG. (2) The initiative reviews companies' current ESG action plans, pinpoints primary pain points, identifies solution gaps, and tailors ESG planning based on company characteristics. This encompasses the introduction and planning of crucial ESG-related topics, including TCFD, TNFD, IFRS, S1, S2, and defining the impacts of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

 

2.ESG Sustainable Environmental Governance Solutions: By utilizing customized professional software tools and providing a comprehensive database, the team assists in the establishment of carbon inventory, carbon footprint application systems, or developing Product Category Rules (PCR). This initiative ensures a swift and effective foundation for emission baselines, obtaining relevant environmental labels, and integrating them into corporate governance. It also supports capacity building, nurturing a specialized team for optimized decision-making and sustainable supply chain management.

 

3.Paradigm Shift in Supply Chain Management: Constructing an ecosystem service system in collaboration with international supply chain groups that have received leadership awards from CDP/SBTi. The team proposes practical and effective "Supply Chain Agreements" procedures and practices. Expert team members possess top-tier academic, industrial, and inventory experience, facilitating paradigm shifts. By merging and drawing on individual industry experiences, they distill customized management frameworks and methods.
