ESG Professional Field Expertise
01.ESG Overall strategic planning for sustainable governance
Help companies take the first correct step in ESG, review the company's current ESG-related action plan, analyze the main pain points and solution gaps, plan the ESG sustainable governance promotion framework and strategy according to the company's attributes, and provide sustainable governance transformation goals, ESG action plans, and transformation paths. The content includes the company's organizational structure, carbon inventory, carbon neutrality or net zero emission goals, sustainability reports, TCFD, TNFD, IFRS S1 and S2 introduction, sustainable development goals SDGs impact definition and other ESG-related standards and key issues introduction planning. Provide leadership-level solutions and docking partners for E, S, and G aspects.
02.ESG Sustainable Environmental Governance Solutions
Through customized professional tool software and the provision of a complete database, this connected database complies with the International Life Cycle Data System (iLCD) standard; assists in the application or development of product category rules (PCR), and develops professional tools for life cycle LCA environmental footprint (including compatibility with the latest carbon footprint standards, water footprint, ecological footprint, and other environmental pollution and waste footprints, etc.), which can quickly and effectively establish emission baselines and obtain relevant environmental labels. At the same time, it is integrated into corporate governance, assists in the company's capacity building, cultivates its own professional team, makes optimized decisions, and supports sustainable supply chain management.
03.ESG Sustainable Social Impact Solution
Assist in planning major social issues and participate in social initiatives (such as the Responsible Business Alliance, RBA), integrate social innovation services, review and combine the company's attributes with core values to develop social innovation services, expand the company's social impact, and combine SROI (Social Return on Investment) estimation to quantify social impact. ESG sustainable governance empowerment: Provide a complete ESG sustainable governance course, and customize courses for the board of directors, senior executives, and employees to enhance the company's overall awareness and execution capabilities.
Our Approach
04. Climate change risk professional consultant
Climate risk experts from top international universities participated in the project, using advanced digital tools to provide professional consulting services and solutions. These included (1) analysis of issues related to transition risks, such as domestic carbon fees, greenhouse gas incremental offsets, voluntary reduction offsets, consultation on carbon offset purchases, and the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM); (2) physical risks that may be brought about by extreme weather-induced flooding, water shortages, high temperature heat waves, and landslides, and the resilience adaptation measures that can be taken. This can help to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the physical risks and transition risks of climate change, and further apply them to supply chain risk assessment. Assist in the introduction of TCFD and IFRS S2 climate-related financial disclosures.
05.LCA Life Cycle Environmental Footprint Analysis
Environmental impact assessment involves simulation analysis of different environmental impact models, for example, agricultural fertilizer input, nitrogen and phosphorus discharge (LCI), and then calculate water eutrophication (LCIA). However, considering the environment and climate change, how much nitrogen and phosphorus will be discharged when fertilizer is input requires analysis through non-point source pollution models; in addition to the original environmental impact assessment, there are many new methods such as sustainable development goal impact assessment, ecosystem service verification, and EU Value Balance Alliance that can combine LCA life cycle environmental footprint analysis to conduct "environmental impact assessment of development behavior."
06. Supply Chain Management Paradigm Shift
We have collaborated with an international supply chain group that has received the CDP/SBTi Management Effectiveness Leadership Medal to propose feasible and effective "supply chain negotiation" procedures and practices. The expert group members all have top academic, industry, and inventory experience and can transfer models; they have integrated and extracted customized management structures and methods based on the experience of individual industries.
07. ESG sustainable governance digital transformation
Providing an intelligent digital cloud service platform, combining the cloud digital platform with advanced AI tools, linking the enterprise management platform or management decision-making process, building a sustainable risk management mechanism with low carbon and resilience, and helping enterprises promote digital transformation of sustainable governance.
